The facilities at Neptune Luxury Resort are fantastic for families with children. The clean and spacious rooms, helpful staff, and great advice about things to do make it an ideal choice. The buffet and a la carte restaurants offer excellent breakfast and dinner options. The resort features a lovely beach area, multiple pools including an adult-only pool, and breathtaking views from the top of the cliff.

I stayed at Neptune Luxury Resort for one night on a business trip and the staff were incredibly helpful. They promptly fixed the internet issue on my laptop, ensuring I could work seamlessly. The room was quiet, clean, and extremely comfortable. The breakfast was brilliant, offering a wide variety of delicious options. The location of the hotel was ideal as it was close to the airport and had great transport links. I was also impressed with the variety of breakfast options available every morning and the friendly staff who were always available to provide recommendations for things to do in the area. the hotel offered a fantastic fitness center with state-of-the-art equipment that I really enjoyed using.

My room was not cleaned properly on more than one occasion and there was no apology from the staff or any attempt to rectify the situation. the Wi-Fi provided was weak and inconsistent, which made it difficult for me to get my work done.

The staff were kind and helpful, creating a family-friendly atmosphere. The breakfast was great and we enjoyed our time at the beach restaurant/bar with its breathtaking view.

The location is also ideal, being right in front of the beach, allowing guests to easily access the beautiful sandy shores. Additionally, the hotel provides a small supermarket on-site, making it convenient for guests to purchase any essentials they may need during their stay.

Some guests felt that the prices at the Greek restaurant were quite high for the quality of the food provided.

From the moment We arrived, this hotel impressed us with its luxurious and exclusive amenities. the outdoor swimming pools were absolutely stunning, with sun loungers and beach umbrellas available for all. the spa centre was excellent, complete with sauna, full body massage, treatment room, beauty treatment, facial. Live entertainment was brilliant and we were able to enjoy it from the sun terrace.

The only minor issue we experienced here was that the indoor swimming pool was rather small compared to the beautiful outdoor swimming pools.

the resort offered top-notch service and showed ultimate respect to their customers. They went above and beyond to meet all of our expectations. the Italian restaurant on-site had a truly atmospheric ambiance. the environment was well-maintained with plenty of herb bushes around. the highlight was the amazing huge pool, which was hardly used by anyone else. the resort also had great facilities and a good breakfast with a wide variety of options, including Greek specialties. It was a nice place to spend time, relax, and enjoy the top-notch equipment, beach, staff, and garden.
