The hotel is conveniently located close to the main area, with a bus stop just a few steps away. The breathtaking view of the sunset from the pool area is a definite highlight. The staff provides excellent service, with personalized check-ins and helpful recommendations for exploring the island.

The air conditioning in the rooms is weak and often leaks water, and there was a shortage of staff during busy breakfast times.

Had a great holiday over Easter. Two complementary drinks on arrival was really appreciated. Convenient location close to plenty of bars and restaurants. the view from the balcony was unbelievable, really enjoyed watching the sunset every night.

The shower could have been better with more consistent water temperature. the pillows were a bit too hard for my liking.

The value for the money was excellent, with a room that had great attention to detail and a touch of history. The location was incredible, offering breathtaking views of the Caldera, and the staff treated us like family, making our stay truly special.
