We stayed at a boutique hotel in a very central location, right in the heart of the city. It was incredibly convenient to have everything within walking distance, including the port. The bed was extremely comfortable and the room was impeccably clean. The staff, especially Maria and Aggeliki, were incredibly helpful and friendly, making our stay even more enjoyable.

The shower in the bathroom did not have a separate enclosure, causing the rest of the bathroom to get wet after using it.

Ik heb hier een geweldige tijd gehad! Het hotel ligt direct aan het strand in een geweldige omgeving. De kamers zijn basic, maar schoon en worden dagelijks netjes opgeruimd. Het uitzicht op zee is prachtig. Er is altijd entertainment in het hotel en er is zelfs een jaren 60 en 70 bar naast de deur. Het personeel was vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Ook het eten was uitstekend, vooral de lokale drankjes waren van goede kwaliteit. Het hotel heeft vorig jaar een totale make-over gehad en dat is goed te zien. Ik zou dit hotel zeker aanraden aan familie en vrienden.

Ontbijt was eenvoudig en er waren veel vliegen, maar al met al was alles oké.

I recently stayed at Nonnalena Boutique in the heart of old town. Stelios, the host, was fantastic and recommended amazing restaurants and beaches. The hotel was clean with beautifully decorated rooms. The location couldn't have been better, surrounded by the Venetian Harbor, cafes, restaurants, and shops. We even had easy access to the city beach and free parking nearby. a great value for money with a top host, comfortable rooms, and a perfect location.

The sunset view from the room was stunning. The deluxe double room was spacious, quiet and had a magical view. The location was central, with easy access to the waterfront and center. The owner was helpful and provided great recommendations. Comfy bed, great shower, and nice amenities.

I had read reviews about the noise at night, but I didn’t expect it to be this bad. The loud music and people chatting kept me awake throughout the night. The church bells ringing in the morning were also very loud and clear. The lack of soundproofing between the rooms meant I could hear the people next door, who were very inconsiderate and played loud music at 6am. Additionally, the uncomfortable bed gave me back pain after just a few nights. It’s a shame because the room was amazing and the staff were friendly. I wouldn't come back due to these issues, but if you can put up with the noise and uncomfortable bed, it's a great option for a central location in Chania Old Town. I recommend this hotel with caution.
