We stayed for five nights at Notos Heights Hotel & Suites and it was our second hotel in Crete. We loved everything about this hotel. the rooms were nice and new, with a good air conditioner and a balcony that had a beautiful view. the pool and rest area were also very nice, and the staff was always friendly and helpful. They cleaned our room every day and changed the towels regularly. the breakfast by the pool was a great way to start the day, although it could have had more variety. the hotel is located about a 7-minute walk from the old town of Malia and the main streets with bars and clubs. It's situated on top of a hill, away from the noise of the party area, and if you have a car, you can easily reach the lovely beaches in the Malia area. I definitely recommend this place and would love to come back one day!

This hotel is definitely value for money! The prices are very reasonable for what you get. The attention to detail in the rooms is impressive, with useful kitchenettes and even bathtubs, which can be a rare find in some hotels. The location is perfect, just up the hill above the old town of Malia, offering stunning views from both the rooms and the breakfast area.

We had a perfect stay at a remote hilltop location with stunning sunsets. the pool exceeded our expectations and the breakfast was excellent. the staff was friendly and accommodating, ensuring a relaxed atmosphere. We also appreciated the convenient transfer service.

The location of the hotel was perfect, close enough to walk to bars and the main area, but far enough for a peaceful stay. We also enjoyed the proximity to Potamos beach, which was beautiful. The rooms were stylish and clean, with a gorgeous view. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, providing us with a map of the area and recommending the best places to eat.

The breakfast buffet sometimes served cold food, which was a disappointment.

The breakfast was delicious and there was so much variety. the view from the hotel was breathtaking and it was only a short walk to the town centre. the staff were very helpful and always willing to assist with any inquiries.

The pool area was a bit crowded and the water did not seem to be very clean. the bed was uncomfortable and made it difficult to get a good night's sleep.

The location of the hotel was perfect for us, as it was just a short walk away from Potamos beach, which was beautiful. It was just out of the way enough to be quiet and away from the busy Malia strip, but still near enough to walk to. We also loved that there was a local snack bar called Litso's and a supermarket nearby, so we had everything we needed within reach.

The only downside during our stay was that the shower room had a wet room type cubicle, which meant that the whole room got extremely wet. It was a bit inconvenient and made it difficult to keep the rest of the bathroom dry.

I recently had a short stay at Notos Heights Hotel in Malia and it was simply outstanding. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel like a valued friend. The room had breathtaking views and was impeccably clean. Starting the day with breakfast by the pool, overlooking the stunning surroundings, was a treat. The best part, however, was the incredibly friendly, helpful, and always smiling staff. They truly made this hotel shine. I can't wait to come back and highly recommend it.
