i had the most amazing stay at oniros residences. the rooms were luxurious and spotlessly clean, with every amenity you could ask for. the staff, especially george, were incredibly friendly and gave great travel recommendations. delicious made-to-order breakfasts by a chef, and the custom omelettes were a highlight. stunning aegean sea views from the room. convenient location off a major highway for easy exploration of crete.

My recent stay at this hotel was nothing short of fantastic! the staff were exceptional friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. They were extremely helpful and kind, offering recommendations and assistance whenever needed. the room service was top, notch, and the in, room breakfast was a delightful touch. the hotel's location, while lively due to its proximity to the harbor, offered stunning views of the Aegean Sea. the breakfast was a highlight, with made, to, order dishes that were simply delicious. the staff even surprised me with a birthday cake, making my stay truly special. the service was excellent, and I highly recommend this hotel for a memorable experience.

One minor improvement could be addressing the noise from the harbor, which can be occasionally heard. A soundproofing solution could enhance the overall tranquility of the rooms.

We spent an amazing romantic escape at this hotel! the rooms were beautifully decorated and super clean. the breakfast was delicious with a made-to-order menu, and we even ended up having dinner there too - it was that good! the staff was very friendly and provided great travel suggestions, making us feel right at home. the location was convenient, situated close to major highways for easy access to other areas of Crete.

The noise from the port area in the morning, but it's nothing that earplugs or a sound machine can't fix. we found that without a car, it was a bit challenging to get around if wanting to explore outside of the immediate area, but thanks to the helpful staff, we were able to navigate public transportation and make it work.

New building, great amenities, spacious rooms, friendly staff. Good-sized bathroom.

Located close to the airport and right next to the cruise port, the hotel offers convenient accessibility for travelers. The rooms are stunning, equipped with modern amenities such as a 4k ultra big screen TV, a coffee machine, and even a Playstation console. The breakfast is a highlight, with made-to-order dishes and delicious coffee. The view of the port adds to the overall experience.

The only drawback is the distant location from certain work areas, which may result in additional transportation expenses.
