Breakfast options could definitely use some hot food variety. a little more creativity wouldn't hurt. The coffee selection is pretty limited too, and if you want a decent cappuccino, prepare to shell out extra cash – quite a bit more than local cafes. It's also worth noting that public transport info is a bit murky—better communication on that would help guests a lot. And those walking roads around could be a safety concern for anyone venturing out on foot, especially at night. Also, the drink prices at the pool bar feel inflated compared to what you could find nearby, which takes away from the chill vibe you're looking for.

We have an incredible stay! The hotel is conveniently located just a short walk from Fira, making trips to the vibrant city for dining and shopping a breeze. The rooms are spacious and designed beautifully, accommodating our family of four perfectly. The pool area sparkles at night and is a fantastic spot for relaxation. The friendly staff even prepared breakfast for us when we had an early departure!

I did encounter some challenges during my stay. While the staff were friendly, the cleaning service was not thorough, leaving dirty dishes on the patio, which was a bit off-putting. Additionally, I found the pathway leading to Oia rather unsafe for walking, particularly at night, which made our outings a bit stressful. Lastly, I wish there had been more dining options nearby, as it felt rather isolated, limiting our choices for meals.

I had a delightful stay at Onyx Hotel & Suites. The friendly staff, especially Katia and Tamta, provided exceptional service, attending to every detail. My room was spacious and comfortable, and I loved the inviting pool area for relaxation after my daily explorations.

i had a great stay at this hotel during my trip to santorini. it exceeded my expectations from my previous stay in karterados with a stunning pool and amazing service from the staff like katia and litsa. the spacious rooms were clean and included lovely amenities, making it an ideal getaway.
