Orama has it all - modern rooms, relaxing pools and spa, spectacular views, and the most helpful staff. The breakfast is delicious and the complimentary lotion and body wash are a nice touch.

What truly stood out, though, was the kindness and helpfulness of the staff. Every interaction with them was delightful, filled with genuine warmth, cheerfulness, and professionalism. the location of the hotel, just a short walk from the city centre and adjacent to the breathtaking caldera view, was another highlight of our stay. Orama Hotel & Spa provided us with a wonderful experience, showcasing genuine Greek hospitality and creating lasting memories.

The rooms were clean and modern, with comfortable beds and rain showers. The hotel had three pools, all of which were super relaxing. The location was great, just a short walk outside of town with beautiful cliff side views. The staff were incredibly helpful and always available to assist with any inquiries or requests. The breakfast was delicious, with a variety of options to choose from. this hotel exceeded my expectations in terms of cleanliness, hotel facilities, location, and the helpfulness of the staff.

stayed in fira before, but orama hotel & spa blew us away! modern, clean rooms with comfy beds and rain showers. the 3 pools were so relaxing and the spa was amazing. staff went above and beyond, helping with rentals and taxis. the breakfast was delicious, and the chef made it even more special. a gem that will always have a place in our hearts.

We had an amazing time at this hotel. The staff was super nice and accommodating, helping with a birthday surprise. The food at the breakfast buffet was great, with vegan options available. The hotel was clean and nicely decorated, and the location was convenient for exploring the island. The pools and sun beds were plentiful, and the spa services and prices were excellent.

The hotel itself was stunning, with beautiful grounds, three pools, and a spa with fantastic therapists. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the central area of Fira. I felt relaxed and pampered throughout my stay and cannot wait to return to Orama Hotel & Spa.

My ears were treated to a symphony of noise from other rooms and the outside. Not to mention the delightful sound of the wind.

We enjoyed the delicious breakfast and the well-kept complex with beautiful landscaping. the staff was friendly and accommodating, providing us with extra towels and amenities when requested. the location was convenient, with easy access to restaurants and attractions.

The food quality at the restaurant, especially the dinner buffet, was not to our liking as it was often dry and lacked service. the rooms were only provided with limited water bottles, and the gym's roof was too low for tall individuals, causing accidental head bumps.
