had an amazing summer holiday at syntopia hotel! exceeded my expectations with exceptional renovation and boho concept. the pool area and rooms were beautifully designed, creating a peaceful atmosphere. the staff were always kind and helpful. loved the food and cocktails. ideal place to relax and enjoy the weather in rethymnon. will definitely visit again next year!

Sunbed situation was a hassle.

Had an amazing time at Syntopia! the Jacuzzi rooms were beautiful and spacious, perfect for a relaxing stay. the cocktails from 5pm were delicious and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. They went above and beyond to make my boyfriend's birthday special, arranging balloons, a cake, and a lovely card. the overall ambience and atmosphere of the hotel was incredibly relaxing, like being in an oasis. the unique decor and attention to detail throughout the hotel was impressive. the breakfast and meals served were top quality, and the hotel had various facilities like a spa, fitness room, and pools. We even enjoyed a movie night at the open cinema. the beach was also nearby, although it was hard to leave the little paradise of Syntopia. Greek hospitality at its best!

The hotel offered a great all-inclusive package including cocktails, beer, wine, and soft drinks until late in the evening. the location was also great, with easy access to public transportation and nearby attractions. the room was spacious and comfortable, with a great view of the surroundings.

The pool area was often overcrowded, with limited space and sunbeds available. There was also some noise from the nearby highway.

Our room was superb, gorgeous decor, great pools and amenities, amazing service from Sarah, fantastic restaurant recommendations from Emma. 10/10 customer service.

Nothing that I didn't like.

Friendly staff, clean and beautiful design, great location for exploring. Lovely pool and drinks. Spacious, comfy room with nice details and fast Wi-Fi. Free minibar refill and parking nearby. Short walk to the beach.

I had the most relaxing holiday ever at Syntopia Hotel. The staff were lovely and accommodating, and the hotel was exceptionally clean. The food selection was great and the gym facilities were top-notch. The beach club just across the road was a bonus, and the strong wifi and beautiful decor added to the overall experience.

The sunbed situation. People would reserve beds very early in the morning, making it difficult to find one later in the day.
