I had a fantastic experience staying at this luxury hotel. The location is perfect, right in the heart of the city. I loved being able to step outside and have everything at my fingertips. The room was stunning, with modern and clean design. The amenities provided were top-notch, from the air conditioning to the electric kettle for my tea and coffee needs. The staff went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable and enjoyable. The room service was prompt and the dining options were delicious. I especially appreciated the free toiletries and the flat-screen TV for my entertainment. this hotel provided me with a luxurious and comfortable experience.

I highly recommend this hotel to my friends.

From the decor to the employees, everything was exceptional. Warm welcome, helpful staff, amazing breakfast with delicious croissant, comfortable and modern room, great location in the center of old Heraklion.
