our stay was outstanding. the staff went above and beyond to accommodate our needs and make us feel at home. the location was convenient, with good spots to explore and nice restaurants nearby. the hotel was clean and the terrace in our room was a great bonus.

Breakfast could have been better.

the location was perfect as it was only a short distance from the bus station, making it really convenient for exploring the area. The staff were incredibly attentive and friendly, always going the extra mile to ensure I had a great experience. The rooms were well-appointed with a nice balcony and kitchen facilities, making it feel like a home away from home. Additionally, the breakfast included in the rate was a pleasant surprise, providing a delicious start to the day.

The only minor issue I encountered was that the water supply was briefly interrupted on the day of my departure. However, this did not significantly impact my overall experience at this hotel.

We got great value for our money with a comfortable and well-equipped apartment, complete with separate rooms and a kitchen. The location was perfect for exploring the surrounding areas, and the staff treated us like family, going above and beyond to meet our needs.

Upgraded to spacious apartment with kitchenette. Friendly staff, excellent English. Easy access from motorway, short walk to restaurants. Hospitable, knowledgeable staff. Helpful with requests, added child safety mat. Perfect separate room, hard beds, good blinds. Elevator, hot water, aircon. Good breakfast, accomodating with kids. Convenient base for day trips. Modern hotel on outskirts with nice centre nearby. Friendly receptionist with good restaurant tips.

The staff at Palatino Rooms & Apartments were extremely hospitable and knowledgeable about the area. They helped us with every request and made us feel right at home. The flat was perfect, with separate rooms, comfortable beds, and a well-equipped kitchen. The blinds were excellent and allowed us to choose when to wake up. The presence of an elevator made it convenient to carry our luggage. We loved the hot water available all the time and the air conditioning for heating. The breakfast was fantastic, with a variety of choices and the staff even accommodated our picky kids by boiling the eggs longer. The location of Tripoli was perfect for us as a base to explore nearby attractions like Kalamata, Sparta, Nafplio, and Epidaurus.
