We had an amazing time staying at this centrally located hotel in the old town. the room at Palazzo di Pietro was spacious and beautifully furnished with antique-style furniture. We were delighted to find complimentary fruits and drinks in the fridge. the highlight of our stay was undoubtedly the host, Eleutheria, who went above and beyond to ensure we had a fantastic vacation. She provided us with helpful information and insights into the local traditions, making our experience truly memorable. the rooftop garden was also a lovely spot for enjoying an evening glass of wine. Our stay at Palazzo di Pietro was absolutely fantastic. The hostess and her family were incredibly kind and hospitable, making us feel right at home. The location of the hotel was perfect, allowing us easy access to both the port area and the center of town. The rooms were beautifully decorated and very comfortable. The informative welcome we received from Eleutheria was a great touch, and the housemaid services were excellent. we were extremely satisfied with our stay and would highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Chania.

As a family of 5, we found the accommodations to be spacious and comfortable. The central location of the hotel made it convenient for exploring the city on foot, with restaurants, museums, and the Old Venetian harbor just a short walk away. The warm welcome from Eleftheria, the owner, was a wonderful touch, and the complimentary "welcome package" in our room, including wine, olive oil.
