The hotel is conveniently located in the heart of the city, close to a mall and a vibrant street with shops and bars. The room was small but spotlessly clean, making it a comfortable stay. The staff were friendly and always ready to assist, adding to the overall pleasant experience. The breakfast buffet was generous and offered a variety of options.

The internet connection was slow, making it difficult to stay connected.

The location of this hotel was fantastic - right in the heart of the city, close to shops and the beautiful Castle. the staff were really friendly and always had a smile on their faces. Plus, the hotel had a huge parking lot which was very convenient.

The hotel could do with some renovation as it felt a bit dated and old-fashioned. the walls were thin, and sound travelled from the neighboring rooms and noises from the corridor.

During my recent stay in Ioannina, I experienced a slight inconvenience with the room facilities. The air conditioning remote control was not working properly, but the receptionist was quick to assist and provided a replacement. Additionally, I encountered a small issue with the balcony security shutter, but the friendly receptionist came to my room and helped me resolve it. Despite these minor setbacks, the hotel staff were incredibly polite and accommodating, always wearing a smile. The location of the hotel is ideal for exploring the city, and the bathrooms appeared to be newly renovated and clean. Although the rooms may be slightly outdated, they were still comfortable and served their purpose. With a large parking lot available, I found it convenient to have a place to park my car. I had a pleasant stay at this hotel and would recommend it for its friendly staff and convenient location.
