Pantelia Suites definitely provided great value for the money. The room was spacious, comfortable, and had a stunning private balcony with a breathtaking view. The location was perfect, right on the edge of the busy zone but facing away, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. The staff was incredibly friendly, helpful, and made us feel like we were their top priority.

The breakfast option could have been improved by ensuring that the coffee arrived hot and at the desired temperature.

The small pool and sunbeds were a nice addition as well. The staff worked tirelessly to ensure our comfort and took care of carrying our luggage and serving a lovely breakfast on the terrace. Despite being in the heart of Fira, we didn't experience any street noise. a dream vacation in Santorini.

My stay at this boutique hotel was absolutely amazing! I stayed in the Executive Suite with Caldera view for four days and I was blown away by the breathtaking view of the caldera and sea from the private balcony. The suite itself was spacious and beautifully decorated, with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a lovely living room and kitchen. The hotel's location in the heart of Fira was perfect, with easy access to restaurants, shops, and transportation, yet it still felt quiet and peaceful. The customer service provided by George, Giannis, and the rest of the staff was exceptional. They went above and beyond to make my stay unforgettable, from helping with reservations to even returning a lost wallet and forgotten souvenirs. The breakfast served on the terrace in my room was a delightful start to each day. I highly recommend this hotel and cannot wait to visit again.
