The location of the hotel was perfect - stunning views and within walking distance of shops and restaurants. the room was spacious and beautifully decorated, making our Christmas stay extra special. the staff were friendly and accommodating, ensuring that our honeymoon suite was prepared beautifully for us.

We stayed in this hotel over Christmas and enjoyed the stunning views from our room along with the warm and accommodating staff. the breakfast spread was impressive, with a variety of freshly made items and hot coffee always available. the location was key, as it was easy to access restaurants and shops nearby.

Our room was not adequately heated, making it quite cold during the winter nights. the hot tub was not cleaned properly, and we did not feel comfortable using it.

The bar/lounge area, outdoor dining area, snack bar, and restaurant offer an excellent Continental breakfast, in-room breakfast. The private facilities in the room include exclusive advantages, such as an outdoor swimming pool, room services, and a great view.

There is only one minor issue that this hotel could improve to make it perfect. Sometimes, the service needs an extra touch of professionalism to fulfill guests' needs adequately.
