The trendy and upmarket look of the whole establishment instantly caught our attention. The comfortable rooms and good furnishings made us feel right at home. The buffet breakfast had delicious Greek flavors and the ample parking made our stay hassle-free. We were also pleasantly surprised by the close proximity to the thermal baths and nearby restaurants. Additionally, the hotel is conveniently located near the mountains, perfect for nature lovers like us. Despite a few drawbacks, such as patchy Wi-Fi and a few breakfast items running out early, our overall experience at Pozar Salt Cave Hotel Spa was excellent. The staff went above and beyond to communicate with us despite the language barriers, making our time there truly memorable. We can't wait to return for a longer stay next time!

This hotel is the perfect sanctuary within walking distance of the thermal waterfalls of Edessa. It is located in the center of Loutraki, making it close to everything. The rooms are spacious and offer a beautiful view of the mountains. The staff is friendly, helpful, and went above and beyond to communicate with us despite language barriers. The massage at the spa is excellent, and the salt cave experience is one-of-a-kind. The breakfast offers a delightful buffet with Greek flavors, and ample parking is available.

The bed was uncomfortably hard, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep.

The hotel was well-located, making it easy to get around town and explore. The staff was friendly and accommodating, which made my stay even more enjoyable. I enjoyed the fact that the rooms were cleaned daily, and fresh towels and bed sheets were provided. The spa facilities were also top-notch and very relaxing, helping me to unwind after a long day of work.

One issue I had while staying at the hotel was the uncomfortable bed. It had too much bounce, which made it difficult to sleep.
