We had a great experience staying in the heart of the vibrant city center. It was a perfect base for exploring Preveza, with excellent tavernas and the port just a short walk away. Our room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, providing a much-needed sanctuary after a day of adventures. The staff was also very helpful and accommodating, ensuring we had everything we needed for a pleasant stay.

The noise from the main road could be a bit bothersome at times.

We recently stayed at a hotel for a romantic escape and were pleased with our experience. The beds were comfortable and the room was kept very clean. the breakfast options were quite good. The location was fantastic, within walking distance of restaurants and a pedestrian street. We also appreciated the available parking.

There were some aspects that could have been improved. The furniture and bathroom were somewhat dated and the smell in the room was not pleasant due to a lack of ventilation.

The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city and close to everything I wanted to see. I found it very convenient that there were bus stops just outside, in case I needed to use public transportation. The room I stayed in was spacious and had a beautiful view of the city and the sea. I was pleasantly surprised when I was upgraded to this room and appreciated the gesture. The room was nicely furnished, with good lighting and a comfortable bed. I especially enjoyed the large corner balcony. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained, and the staff I interacted with were efficient and friendly. The breakfast offered a great variety of high-quality options. I was very satisfied with my experience.

We had a wonderful stay at the Brand new Preveza City Comfort Hotel. The room was spacious and very clean, with comfortable beds. The staff was incredibly helpful, from providing directions to recommending places to eat. The location was perfect, just a few minutes' walk to the lively seaside area. The hotel also had a 24-hour check-in, which was convenient for our late arrival. we were impressed with the excellent service and enjoyed our weekend stay.

One minor inconvenience was the lack of storage space in the rooms, as there were no drawers or shelves available.

As longer term business travelers, we appreciated the excellent location just 100 m from the Old Town and the Marina. The laneways, cafes, and restaurants nearby were wonderful. Our room was clean, well-appointed, and had a fantastic view over the old town and marina from Level 4. The staff, especially Gregory at reception, was extremely helpful. The breakfast buffet offered a variety of options including eggs, cheese, ham, bacon, croissants, cereals. We were pleased with the cleanliness and the comfortable beds. The air conditioning and refrigerator worked perfectly.

The staff, especially Greg at the reception, were incredibly helpful and provided excellent service. They even ordered a taxi for us in the morning to the airport. The breakfast was satisfactory, offering fresh bread, fruits, and yogurt. we had a wonderful experience at City Comfort and would definitely recommend it.
