the staff were incredibly helpful and went above and beyond when we lost a mobile phone on the way to the apartment. They helped us contact the airport and eventually located the phone without any hassle. the location of the hotel was incredible - it was secluded enough that we couldn't hear the noise from the strip, yet only a 3-minute walk away. Plus, being right by the sea was a bonus. the pool and bar were also great, with wide opening hours and affordable food and cocktails. I especially loved the beautiful decor of the hotel, which they clearly took a lot of care in maintaining. I highly recommend this place to anyone staying in Malia.

The location is great, close to beautiful sandy beaches and outside the busy part of Malia. Perfect for families with children.

The location was perfect, nestled outside of town and away from the noise of motorists and quads. We absolutely loved our room with its side sea view, offering us the best of both worlds with breathtaking views of the sea and mountains. the entire hotel was stunning, and every corner seemed to have a picturesque view. the staff were incredibly helpful and welcoming, providing us with recommendations for local restaurants. the pool bar was a convenient spot to enjoy delicious food and drinks, with Manos being a friendly and inviting host. the abundance of sun loungers ensured we always had our own little slice of paradise. And the private beach just a few meters away was a dream. We couldn't have asked for a better stay.

Despite the room and bath being on the smaller side, they were immaculately clean and had a charming little terrace in front. the entire property was well taken care of, and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. the bartender, Tony, was especially likeable. the hotel itself was modernly furnished with attention to detail. It is located just outside the town center, providing a peaceful and quiet environment while still being within walking distance to everything you need. it was a wonderful place to relax and enjoy Malia.

Felt happy, nothing too much trouble

The pool area was beautiful, with a well-maintained garden and a view of the sea. The staff were friendly and helpful, offering us good recommendations for nearby attractions and restaurants. The location was excellent, being close to both a rocky beach and sandy beaches, as well as being within walking distance of Malia village.

The bathrooms were quite small, making it uncomfortable to shower while sitting on the toilet. there was limited access to the sea, as it was only possible to get to the water over sharp lava rocks, which could be dangerous during periods of large waves.

We were pleasantly surprised by this budget hotel. The location is great, with plenty of restaurants nearby and a sandy beach within easy reach. The rooms were clean and tidy, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious and there were plenty of facilities, like a big pool and a beautiful garden, to enjoy. The view of the Mediterranean sea was absolutely stunning.

The noise from the nearby party town was a bit bothersome at times.

The level of relaxation I experienced at Pyrgos Beach Hotel was unlike anything I have ever felt before. The atmosphere was peaceful and the attention to detail made all the difference. I could happily spend my entire stay in the beautiful hotel grounds by the pool and swinging in the hammocks. The decor was fantastic and the hotel was impeccably clean. It was just a one-minute walk to the beach, and there were traditional Greek restaurants within walking distance. I cannot rate this hotel high enough and would highly recommend it. Fantastic memories were made here.

As a budget traveler, I loved the peaceful location of Pyrgos Beach Hotel Apartments. It's just a short walk to the main strip where you can find great bars and restaurants. The hotel itself is quiet and offers a beautiful view of the sea. The friendly staff were very helpful with recommendations and things to do.

Stayed for a week at Pyrgos Beach Hotel. Perfect location, just a short stroll into central Malia but quiet with lovely sea views. Amazing staff, friendly and helpful. Snack bar served great food and drinks all day at reasonable prices. Beautiful, well-kept gardens. Always plenty of loungers by the pool. Hotel owner went above and beyond to help us in a difficult situation. Good communication throughout. Would recommend to anyone wanting to chill or party.

The apartment hotel had a huge garden and a nice pool with a bar. the apartment was clean, spacious, well-equipped, and had a beautiful terrace. - the hotel was located directly on the beach and offered a calming and relaxing atmosphere. - the staff was friendly and attentive, ensuring a pleasant stay.

There was no proper beach in front of the hotel, only rocky areas. The surrounding area felt run down and not very holiday-like, especially at night.
