I recently stayed at the lovely Rainbow Apartments for a short holiday in Corfu. The complex is beautiful, with lush gardens and fruit trees. The apartment was immaculate and had two balconies. The pool was great for relaxing, and there were plenty of good restaurants and a bakery within walking distance. The hosts were warm and welcoming, making it one of the best holidays I've had in ages!
