During my recent stay, I had a fantastic experience at a hotel in Heraklion, Crete. The staff at Rea Hotel were exceptionally helpful and friendly. They went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. Despite having a late flight, the hotel allowed us to store our luggage until the evening and provided shower facilities with fresh towels. They even arranged a taxi for us to the airport, ensuring a stress-free final day. The air-conditioning was also impressive, keeping the room quiet and comfortable. The overall cleanliness was of a high standard, making our stay all the more enjoyable.

Great location - within walking distance to all the main attractions in the city. The hotel is also surrounded by plenty of restaurants and cafes, making it convenient for dining options. the staff were very friendly and helpful, providing us with directions and recommendations during our stay.

Parking was a major issue near the hotel, and finding a nearby paid parking spot was quite challenging. The noise level was also quite high due to the densely populated location and the loud bikes passing by.

our overnight stay in heraklion was made amazing by the centrally located hotel with a lovely tiny patio area. comfy beds, clean bathroom. plenty of bars and restaurants nearby, walking distance to the port and bus station. exceeded expectations!

We stayed at the lovely Rea hotel for one night before catching an early morning ferry. The location couldn't have been more convenient, with everything in downtown Heraklion within walking distance. The friendly staff recommended great local restaurants and even helped us find a nearby laundromat. The room was comfortable, clean, and had all the amenities we needed, including air conditioning, a small fridge, and a TV. We also appreciated being able to store our luggage when our room wasn't ready. a great stay!
