I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, just minutes away from the downtown area and the beautiful Koum Kapi beach. The beach was small but sandy, and it was a great spot to relax and soak up the sun. The hotel itself was modern and beautiful, with spacious rooms that had amazing sea views from the balcony. The facilities were top-notch, and everything was super clean and brand new. The staff, especially Stefanos at the reception, were truly amazing and went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. The breakfast served was also excellent, providing a wide variety of delicious options.

We had a romantic escape and there were a couple of things we liked about this hotel. First, the room was clean and beautifully designed, giving off a cozy and intimate ambiance. Second, the staff were friendly and caring, always ready to address our needs and make our stay comfortable. the location was perfect for us, being a short walk away from the beach and surrounded by a variety of restaurants and bars.

The pool, unfortunately, didn't receive much sunlight throughout the day due to the surrounding buildings, limiting our time for sunbathing and relaxation. while the breakfast was decent, we found the choices to be a bit limited, which was a disappointment considering the overall quality of the hotel.

The room was clean and cozy. It was a bit of a walk, but the city center was accessible within 20 minutes. The breakfast had a great variety of options, both hot and cold. The staff was helpful and friendly, providing excellent service. It's a convenient location for exploring and sightseeing.

I recently stayed at a hotel that was simply amazing. The location was perfect - close to the city center, yet tucked away in a quiet area. What's more, it was right beside the sea! The staff were friendly and always there to help me out with room service, laundry, or any other needs I had. The room was gorgeous and had all the amenities I could wish for. I especially enjoyed the wi-fi in the rooms. And let me tell you, the poolside snack bar was out of this world.

The location is perfect, as it is in a quiet area but only a 15-minute walk along the seafront to the Venetian harbor. We loved that it was very close to the Koum Kapi beach, which was small but sandy. The cleanliness of the hotel was exceptional, with spotless rooms and common areas. The hotel facilities were superb, including a beautiful outside pool that we enjoyed in the evenings. The breakfast was phenomenal, with a wide variety of foods to choose from. The staff were friendly, helpful, and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort.

Despite the rainy weather, the breakfast exceeded our expectations with a variety of options and freshly baked goods that changed daily. The modern and well-equipped rooms, alongside the impressive mood lighting, made for a comfortable stay. The strong wifi was a crucial factor for us, and the hotel's spa services, including massages and the jacuzzi, were a nice bonus. we were impressed by the quality of the food and the polite 24/7 staff.

The breakfast offered plenty of choices and was served in a pleasant setting. The location was central and convenient, making it easy for us to explore the area. The rooms were modern, clean, and comfortable, with a lovely side view of the sea. We also appreciated the underground parking and the helpfulness of the reception staff. we had a great experience and would definitely stay here again.

There were a few minor drawbacks during our stay. The room overlooking the main road was a bit noisy, but considering the convenient location of the hotel, we understood the trade-off.

We also loved the thoughtful amenities, such as the welcome drink, complimentary mini bar, and the jacuzzi with LED lights and music options. The central location of the hotel made it convenient for exploring the town and the airport was just a short ride away. We will definitely be returning to this hotel when we come back to Chania.

As bike riders, we loved the convenient location of the hotel, just a short walk from the harbor and close to plenty of bars and restaurants. The staff were extremely friendly and went out of their way to offer advice and recommendations. Breakfast was delicious and there was an abundance of fresh food to choose from. The pool and sunbathing area were great for relaxing, and our room had a modern feel with a beautiful side view of the sea. The housekeeping staff also did a fantastic job. Highly recommended!
