We had a great time at this family-friendly resort with our two small kids. The spacious and clean rooms provided a comfortable stay, and the balcony offered a lovely view of the sea. The staff, especially Chrystal on reception, were always friendly and helpful. The variety of food options, including authentic pizzas and grilled kebabs, were a hit, and the self-service beer and wine made for a hassle-free dining experience. The multiple pools and great entertainment provided endless fun for the whole family.

We had an amazing time at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location, nestled amongst mountains and up a steep hill, provided breathtaking views. The staff were friendly and provided top-notch service, with fast and pleasant assistance from the receptionist. The hotel amenities were excellent, with facilities such as a spa and wellness center, swimming pools , and even beach access. The rooms were well-equipped with modern amenities, including air conditioning, a flat-screen TV, and a balcony or terrace to enjoy the stunning surroundings. The dining options were plentiful, with a restaurant, bar/lounge, and snack bar offering a variety of delicious meals and drinks. this place exceeded our expectations in terms of comfort, service, and facilities.

Efficient and helpful staff, high cleanliness standards, excellent room service, comfortable bed, varied menu with specialty nights. Direct bus to airport for €3.10, good location. Spacious and clean rooms with lovely sea view, comfortable beds, effective air conditioning. Fantastic range of food options, delicious gyros, pizzas, and kebabs. No queues or restrictions on drinks, self-service beer and wine. Many pools, great entertainment, and nice areas to walk. Friendly staff, special mention to Nikos and Maria at the poolside bar.

Absolutely children-friendly. Kids enjoyed pools, playground, and animals. All-inclusive with snack bars and cocktail options. Good location and helpful staff.

Not one thing.

The hotel is situated in a convenient location, just a short taxi ride away from the airport. It is also close to a charming village with a supermarket and the harbor. Our room had a lovely view of the sea and was clean and spacious. The staff provided excellent service and the breakfast had a wide variety of options. The hotel also offers great facilities such as a children's pool and a pizza place.

The internet connection in the rooms was quite poor and unreliable.

Dive center offers amazing courses and fun activities, perfect for pretending I'm a mermaid. Hotel is ideal for families and couples who enjoy a "friendly" atmosphere. Great location for exploring Crete or just pretending to be a Mediterranean socialite. I can take amusing selfies without disturbing other guests.

No mermaid tail rental service. How am I supposed to Instagram myself swimming in the pool in style?
