I recently stayed at a hotel in Crete and was pleasantly surprised by the experience. The location was perfect, with the hotel being close to all the main tourist sights, the bus KTEL centre, and the beach area. The room was spacious and comfortable, and I appreciated the complimentary water bottles, coffee, fruit, and even a whole bottle of local wine. The staff provided excellent service, and the breakfast buffet was one of the best I've ever had at a hotel. a fantastic stay with great facilities and room advantages.

The Wi-Fi around the pool area dropped frequently.

The staff at Samaria Hotel were friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and I loved the automatic lights in the closet. The breakfast and room service were both very good. As young holiday goers, we enjoyed the location and the excellent staff who always met our requests. They even prepared a breakfast goodies bag for our Samaria Gorge hike when we had an early pick-up before breakfast. They also allowed us a late checkout and use of the facilities while we waited for our transfer to the airport. The choices for breakfast were excellent.

We stayed in a lovely, quiet hotel just a short walk from the Old Town. Our room was upgraded for our anniversary, and we were greeted with a bottle of prosecco and cake on our balcony. The bed was comfortable, the shower was great, and the air-con was quiet and kept out the street noise. The hotel was a peaceful sanctuary from the busy city. The pool was a nice bonus, and we always found a place to sit. The restaurant provided a complimentary sweet wine at the poolside. The hotel had a relaxing atmosphere with mainly couples staying. I highly recommend this hotel.
