we had the most amazing time at this beachfront hotel. the location was perfect, just steps away from a beautiful beach. the staff, especially Maria, were incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. the hotel room was spacious and had a convenient cooking area. we loved the delicious fried feta cheese and strawberry waffles at the bar/restaurant. sitting back and relaxing in the sun while watching the rolling waves was pure bliss. overall, we couldn't have asked for a better stay.

This place is amazing! The location is perfect, right across from the black sand beach. The room was clean and comfortable, with efficient air conditioning and a clean bathroom. The staff were friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any requests. I loved the fact that they had a kettle, cups, and a fridge in the room. The service in the restaurant and bar was excellent, and they even provided free sun beds on the beach. this hotel provides a luxurious and comfortable experience.

Had a fantastic Easter break at the hotel. Loved the sunbeds on the beach, and the pool area was a nice place to relax. the food was great, especially the shrimp spaghetti. We also appreciated the friendly and helpful staff. Best of all was the location, with plenty of bars and restaurants around, and easy access to the beach and other attractions.

The bed was a bit on the hard side, but that's just personal preference. the room toiletries were a bit basic.

We were pleasantly surprised by the spacious rooms at this family-run hotel in Santorini. The friendly staff even went the extra mile to accommodate our late check-out without any additional charges. The hotel's location right in front of the beautiful Perissa beach made it convenient for us to enjoy the sun and sea. The daily selection of Greek cakes for breakfast was a delightful touch. We also appreciated the nearby bus stop to Fira and the boat to Kamari, both within a short walking distance. we believe this hotel is one of the best on the island and highly recommend it for a memorable stay.
