The location is unbeatable - right in the center of town, yet tucked away on a quiet street, allowing for a peaceful night's sleep. Our room on the 2nd floor offered breathtaking views of the city of Chania, and it was equipped with all the amenities we could possibly need. The beds were unbelievably comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. And the breakfast, which we enjoyed with a delightful view, was the cherry on top. We can't wait to come back!

The rooms are spacious, clean, and thoughtfully decorated with character, providing a comfortable stay. The staff is incredibly friendly, going above and beyond to ensure guests have a memorable experience. Plus, the hotel offers a charming courtyard, perfect for relaxing with an evening drink.

Some rooms had minor maintenance issues, like a hole in the ceiling and exposed nails in the bathroom.

The hotel location was perfect for exploring the city and the nearby attractions. We enjoyed the complimentary coffee machine and bottled water provided in the mini fridge. the staff gave us great recommendations for restaurants and day trips during the holiday season.

Although the hotel provided breakfast at a nearby cafe with a nice view, it would have been more convenient for guests to have food available on the spot, especially during the holiday season when many restaurants and cafes were closed. the parking situation was also challenging, and we had difficulty finding a spot nearby.

The best part of my stay at Sette Venti Boutique was the exceptional customer service provided by Katerina. She went above and beyond to make my experience unforgettable, offering helpful tips and recommendations. The hotel itself is beautiful and well-presented, with spacious rooms and a private garden. Despite a few minor drawbacks, I highly recommend this charming place for a memorable stay. I would recommend this hotel to others.
