I recently stayed at this hotel for a week-long vacation. The location is perfect, just a five-minute walk from the bustling Main Street of Malia, where you can find bars, supermarkets, and more. The beach is lovely, albeit occasionally a bit dirty, but overall very nice. The hotel offers excellent facilities, including a tennis court and a well-equipped gym with a helpful coach. They also have car rental services if you want to explore the area. The staff is incredibly helpful and friendly, and they all speak English. The food at the buffet was varied and satisfying, especially the breakfast. The hotel also has three different swimming pools, providing plenty of options to relax and meet other guests. a great experience.

The hotel had a great beachfront location with easy access to water activities like swimming and snorkeling. the food was always available and fresh, and the breakfast omelets were a plus. We loved the entertainment team, who put on engaging shows and never failed to make us smile.

The hotel felt overcrowded at times, and the staff wasn't always friendly or helpful. Rooms were okay, but some areas like the bathroom needed updating.
