we had a fantastic family holiday in sitia and bay aparthotel exceeded our expectations. the family-run atmosphere and helpful staff made all the difference. everything was immaculate, from the beautiful pool to the well-maintained rooms. highly recommended.

uncomfortable double beds

Sitia Bay is a hidden gem right on the water in Sitia. The hotel offers great value for money with its affordable prices and attention to detail. The rooms were kept immaculately clean and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The location couldn't be any better, with the hotel directly opposite the beach and just a short walk from the restaurants and shops. The breakfast, served in the room, was a pleasant surprise, with homemade bread and a variety of fresh ingredients.

Nothing all good.

We had such a peaceful and relaxing holiday at this lovely hotel. The location was perfect, just a short stroll away from the main harbour and the bustling bars and restaurants. The suites had beautiful sea views and were tastefully decorated. The pool area was amazing, and the staff were friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the convenience of the poolside cafe and loved that there was a beach right across from the hotel. The beach loungers were operated by the cafe, and we could even charge everything to our room. The beach itself was well-maintained and provided a nice change from the pool. Sitia felt less touristy and more authentic, with many locals visiting their families. There were supermarkets nearby and free parking on-site. we had an excellent experience and would highly recommend this hotel.

The location of the hotel was great, really close to the beach and with a beautiful view. the staff was very friendly and always willing to help.

The breakfast was not included and the options available were limited.
