The hotel staff was incredibly welcoming, helpful, and flexible. The hotel's location in the center of old town Rethymno made transportation easy. The rooms were elegantly decorated and comfortable, with amazing views from the balcony. The hospitality of the staff was exceptional, with homemade cakes and a welcoming environment for families.

This hotel is a hidden gem in the heart of the city! The charming and tastefully furnished room was comfortable and made us feel right at home. The hostess was incredibly welcoming and went out of her way to ensure we had an enjoyable stay. We loved the welcome drinks and the delicious home-made cakes. The hotel's location was perfect, just a stone's throw away from all the cafes, shops, and restaurants. We also enjoyed the stunning mountain views from our private balcony.

The hotel's listing did not match the facilities available, and we encountered issues with a flooded bathroom that had not been deep-cleaned. Despite this, we still highly recommend the hotel for its unbeatable location and charming atmosphere.
