Clean and well-managed, with ultra helpful staff. Excellent pool and just a short walk to bustling bars. Walkable to beaches, or hire a bike for a noiseless coastal ride. Great restaurants nearby. A real hidden gem!

The location of the hotel was perfect, as it was close to the center of Malia and just a short walk to the strip. Despite being in a lively area, the hotel was surprisingly quiet, allowing us to get a good night's sleep after a night out. The hotel was also conveniently located on the beach, giving us easy access to the beautiful coastline.

While the hotel had a great pool, there was no infinity pool as mentioned in the facilities.

The Sunshine Hotel offers great value for money, with affordable prices and attention to detail. The location is perfect, right in the centre of Malia, making it convenient to explore the city and enjoy the beach. The staff is friendly and provides excellent service. The rooms are cozy and clean, exactly like in the pictures, with balconies facing the poolbar on the ground level. The breakfast served is satisfying and adds to the overall positive experience.

We had an amazing time at this hotel! The staff made us feel right at home and they went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, and the breakfast was absolutely delicious. The highlight for us was definitely the pool and the private off-site parking. We felt like VIPs! we highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting the Old Town Malia neighborhood or anyone visiting Crete in general.

The hotel was relatively cheap and provided decent services for the price point. the location was key; it was within walking distance of all of the main attractions. the food was good and was the perfect portion size, not too big or too small so you don't have any waste.

The hotel was too noisy at night; it was difficult to get any sleep.
