Everything was fantastic.

Rooms were spacious and clean, with a minimalistic design. The bed was extremely comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. The location was perfect, with everything we needed nearby and all the key attractions within walking distance. The staff were friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable.

The noise at night was quite noticeable, but understandable considering the central location. It would have been nice to receive some recommendations and information about things to do and see in the city upon arrival.

We had a fantastic experience at Syros Soul Luxury Suites. The staff on reception went above and beyond to help us when my friend's luggage went missing. They even went to pick it up from the port late at night. The hotel itself was beautiful, with clean and spacious rooms. The breakfast at the nearby restaurant was amazing, with delicious homemade butter and jam. The location was perfect, right in the heart of everything. I highly recommend this hotel.

The bedroom doors were a bit thin, so we could hear our neighbors at times. However, it didn't significantly affect our overall experience.

Syros Soul Luxury Suites truly exceeded my expectations in terms of luxury and comfort. The room was impeccably clean and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The location couldn't have been better, right in the center and with easy access to the ferry terminal. The staff, particularly Matthew, were so friendly and helpful, providing us with amazing restaurant recommendations.

Breakfast selection could be improved, although there is a fantastic breakfast place just across the small square outside of the hotel.

This superb hotel in the heart of Syros city was the perfect stopover for us on our way to Athens. The beautifully renovated rooms with high ceilings and modern amenities, along with the balcony overlooking the main square, provided a sophisticated and comfortable stay. The front of house staff were outstanding, providing great communication before our trip and being super helpful throughout our stay. The hotel's exceptional location allowed us to easily explore the town and enjoy the nearby beach.

If you're looking for an incredible hotel right in the heart of everything, this is the place for you! The location is unbeatable, situated right in the center of the town square with shops, restaurants, and bars just a few steps away. The rooms are spacious, clean, and designed with a modern touch. You'll love the comfortable beds and the great showers. Plus, the friendly staff is always ready to assist with any queries or recommendations.

One downside is that the staff can be a bit impersonal and hard to reach at times.

I couldn't believe the value for money at Syros Soul Luxury Suites. The room was spacious, clean, and had all the modern amenities. The location was superb, right in the center of everything. The staff treated us like royalty, always friendly and eager to help.

The Soul Suites is perfectly located, only minutes away from the ferry and in the city center, close to the shops, restaurants, and bars. We were upgraded to a larger and spacious corner room with plenty of natural light. All amenities worked well, and the dressing room was a nice touch. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and provided excellent recommendations for restaurants. The location is convenient, with easy access to transportation. The room itself was clean, comfortable, and had all the necessary amenities. The customer service was exceptional, allowing us to check in early and offering late check-out options. The building and room design were stunning, just like in the pictures. the experience exceeded our expectations and we look forward to returning.

I had such a wonderful stay at a beautiful hotel in a warm and friendly town. The staff at reception were incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to assist me, even picking up my friend's lost luggage from the port late at night. The shower and air conditioning were excellent as well.

The only drawbacks were the parking being a bit far away and the lack of a lift and room service. The building's age also meant that noise could sometimes be heard through the windows and corridors.
