The lack of shelves and hangers in the bathroom made it difficult to organize personal items. The central temperature control system was initially uncomfortable and had to be adjusted.

This hotel is in a fantastic location for exploring the city. Situated right next to Aristotle square and very close to the port, it allows you to get around easily. The building is also on a raised platform, offering a great view of the area. The staff are incredibly helpful, with excellent service throughout your stay. Breakfast is delicious, and the rooms are clean and comfortable with added bonuses such as chocolates and free water.

One minor point to note is that the bathroom area in some of the rooms is not fully separated from the living space, which may not suit everyone's preference.

I recently stayed at a luxurious 4-star hotel in the heart of a vibrant city. The location was absolutely perfect, as it was right in the center of everything. From here, I was able to easily explore the main center of this city, just off the bustling square. The convenience made my stay even more enjoyable.

My xmas stay was fantastic! the two complementary drinks in the room made me feel so welcome. the location was amazing - right in the heart of the city, only a short walk from the main shopping street and restaurants. the view from my room was delightful, with a cityscape view from the window that was picturesque. Lastly, the staff were outstanding, very friendly and helpful, especially when it came to restaurant recommendations.

The only negative aspect was the limited space in the room and the bathroom. I had difficulty finding surfaces to put my things on, especially as I had presents to wrap.
