Exceptional waterfront location, beautiful design, attentive and friendly service, delicious food, outstanding facilities.

During my Christmas stay, I appreciated the fact that the hotel staff was friendly and welcoming. the location of the hotel, right next to the sea, was stunning and the views were breathtaking. I also enjoyed the fact that my room was well-equipped and had a nice view of the surroundings.

There were a few negative aspects that detracted from my overall experience at the hotel. the outdoor restaurant across the street generated a bit of noise, which was quite annoying.

I had the pleasure of staying at this luxurious hotel and was blown away by the exclusive amenities offered. the spa and wellness centre provided a variety of treatments, including a full body massage and body scrub. the heated swimming pool and jacuzzi were perfect for a relaxing day. the restaurant and lounge area were the perfect spots to enjoy a delicious meal or cocktail.

this did not ruin my experience, as the hotel had gone the extra mile to provide solutions such as soundproofing.

Our stay at The Tanneries Hotel & Spa was simply fantastic. The room we stayed in, room 301, was perfect for us as a couple with a teenager, and the sea view was breathtaking. The staff at the hotel was incredibly welcoming and went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. They even offered to drive us to the city, which made our life so much easier. The restaurant, Periplous, was a delight. The squid and bread were exceptional, and the staff was both friendly and professional. Another highlight was the location of the hotel, with Chania being just a 20-minute walk away.

This hidden gem of a hotel is located right on the waterfront, offering stunning views and a convenient location close to downtown. The rooms are spacious and elegant, with amenities such as steam showers and comfortable beds. The staff is attentive and goes above and beyond to assist guests, even offering to drive them to nearby attractions. The hotel restaurant is excellent, providing a delicious dining experience in a beautiful setting.

Due to roadworks, car access to the hotel was a bit challenging during our visit.

The hotel is located right on the water, offering breathtaking views of the ocean and the sunset. The rooms are spacious and luxurious, with keyless entry and automated room amenities. The bathrooms are immaculate, with marbled finishes, a steam shower, and a jacuzzi bathtub. The staff is friendly and attentive, providing excellent service. The breakfast variety is impressive, including fresh local jams, fruits, and delicious egg dishes. The hotel also has an indoor pool and a stylish restaurant.

The hotel did not fulfill a special birthday request, which was a bit disappointing.
