I recently stayed at Theo Studios for a week-long getaway in Spetses. The location uphill in the Kounoupitsa area was lovely, offering a serene and quiet atmosphere. Despite being away from the city center, it was still easily accessible by foot or by taking a leisurely stroll downhill. The studio itself was spacious and impeccably clean, with excellent cooking facilities. I particularly enjoyed our terrace-balcony, which boasted stunning views of the sea and the charming rooftops of the city. The owner and his family were incredibly friendly and attentive, providing us with helpful tips and ensuring we felt welcome throughout our stay. Thank you for your warm hospitality!

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness of the studio apartment was impeccable, and the outdoor space was a great addition. The location in a quiet residential area was perfect for a relaxing stay, while still being just a 10-15 minute walk from both the center and the port. Additionally, the proximity to the beach was a bonus. The provided breakfast and amenities like water, butter jam, fruit juice, and cakes were a thoughtful touch. The staff, especially the owner couple, Mr. and Mrs. Spyros, were very gracious, warm, and helpful throughout our stay. Communication in English was easy, and they even kindly stored our luggage and delivered it to us near the port after our check-out.
