We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. the location was perfect, with restaurants, bars, cafes, and shops all around. Despite being in the heart of the city, the hotel was tucked away on a quiet street, ensuring a peaceful stay. the hotel management was incredibly friendly and made us feel so welcomed, just like a Greek mom would. the staff were always polite, helpful, and made sure we had everything we needed. Our room was tidy and the hotel had a nice private pool. We also appreciated the fridge in the room and the nice balcony with a view. the breakfast was simple but sufficient, with bread, eggs, Nutella/honey, cucumber/tomato. We especially enjoyed the very good coffee served. Theonia Hotel exceeded our expectations and we wholeheartedly recommend it for a happy and welcoming stay.

Ik had een fantastisch verblijf in een appartement in de beste buurt van de hotelzone van Tulum. Er was voldoende ruimte en twee zwembaden, waarvan één gedeeld werd met een privé-strandclub waar ik als gast van het hotel toegang toe had. Het eten, drinken en de conciërge waren ook geweldig. Natuurlijk waren er veel leuke boetiekjes op loopafstand en de omgeving was rustig. Ik heb echt genoten van mijn verblijf.

Oh, I just loved paying extra for air conditioning and only having two plug sockets nowhere near the bed. So convenient!

Great value for the money, with a clean room, large balcony, and helpful staff. The location was ideal, just a few minutes away from the beach, old town, and harbor.
