Stayed at Tina Hotel for a week and found it to be an excellent value budget hotel. The facilities were basic but more than adequate, providing a safe, comfortable, and clean place to stay. The owners, 2 brothers, were extremely welcoming and helpful, providing valuable recommendations and practical details for exploring the area. The location was perfect, with easy access to all the beauty and charms of Chania. The room was well-maintained, with daily cleaning and regular changes of towels and bed linen. The small fridge, balcony with clothes line, comfortable bed, and quick supply of hot water added to the overall satisfaction.

The friendly and helpful staff made our romantic escape truly enjoyable. They went above and beyond to make sure we had a fantastic stay. the location of the hotel was perfect, with key attractions like the old town within walking distance. We loved being able to explore the charming streets and discover local cafes and shops. Plus, the spacious balcony provided a great spot for us to relax and enjoy the beautiful weather.

While our stay was memorable, we did find a few areas for improvement. The rooms had a slightly outdated feel with old-fashioned electrical switches for the hot water, which could be scalding at times.

While my stay at this hotel was far from ideal, there were a few positive aspects. the location was great. It was conveniently located near the bus station and the old town, making it easy to explore the city. the staff was friendly and helpful, providing suggestions for sightseeing and dining options in the area. Lastly, the room had a balcony, which was a nice touch, allowing me to enjoy some fresh air and take in the city views. However, these positives were overshadowed by the noisy atmosphere and lack of amenities.

First of all, the noise levels were unbearable. I could hear every little sound from the neighboring rooms, making it impossible to get a good night's sleep.

our second stay in chania was even better than expected. the location was perfect, just a short walk to the old town and the beach. the room felt like a cozy studio, complete with a large balcony. the staff, especially nikos, went above and beyond to make our visit unforgettable.

He helped us plan our days, gave us advice on places to visit, and even recommended the best days for boat trips. It felt like having a close friend helping us.
