the room was spacious, modern, and incredibly comfortable, especially the amazing mattress. We had a great view of the Byzantine wall from our room, and the bathroom was clean and well-equipped, with an excellent shower. We also appreciated the convenient street parking and the peaceful and charming terrace on the ground floor. the hosts were friendly and helpful, and we had no issues with the Wi-Fi, air conditioning, or TV. It's worth noting that the hotel is wheelchair accessible, with a lift and card key access.

We got amazing value for our money at this hotel. The room exceeded our expectations in terms of size and amenities. The location was perfect, nestled in a quiet neighborhood, with a convenient store just a few steps away. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, providing us with great recommendations and making us feel welcome.

The food for breakfast could have been improved with more variety and options.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable, with well-maintained rooms and common areas. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with a spacious deluxe room and a large balcony offering a great view of the city. Parking was convenient, as we found a spot right in front of the hotel, which was in a non parking fee area. The location was perfect, as it was close to Egnatia street and within a 20-minute walk to the city center. We also appreciated the friendly and helpful staff, who provided recommendations for city tours and restaurants.

We stayed at Urban Donkey for 2 nights and it was perfect. The room looked just like the pictures, if not better, with new and clean furnishings. Check-in was easy and the receptionist was really nice. The hotel is conveniently located near all the places we wanted to visit and there were free water bottles available at the reception. It's one of the most affordable yet tasteful places we've stayed.

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel! The room was exactly as pictured - spacious and beautifully furnished. The kitchenette was a great addition for preparing breakfast. The view from our balcony was stunning, overlooking the square and the Byzantine Walls. The location was ideal, in a quiet neighborhood with a 24-hour store/cafe just 20 meters away. It was also only a short 15-20 minute walk to Aristotelis Square.

We felt like we were relaxing at home, there was truly nothing to complain about.
