The villa is conveniently located near Preveza and Parga for shopping and dining.

The location was stunning, with breathtaking views of the Ionian Sea. The staff were so friendly and attentive, making us feel right at home. Our kids loved the painting lessons and playing with the adorable cats. The apartments were spacious, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. We enjoyed spending time on the large terrace and taking a dip in the clean swimming pool. The area had so much to offer, from beautiful beaches to ancient ruins and charming towns. We highly recommend Villa Alex for a wonderful vacation experience. we can't wait to go back!

We had one of the best vacations in Greece at Villa Alex in Riza, Epirus. The apartment was spacious and had a beautiful view over the sea. The pool and orchard were amazing, and we enjoyed picking fresh fruit. The hosts were incredibly hospitable and provided us with homemade desserts. The location was ideal, with stunning beaches and attractions nearby. Self-catering was easy with the well-equipped kitchen. it was an excellent vacation in a beautiful place.

Dimitris and Margarita were very accommodating, providing a warm welcome upon arrival and offering a delicious breakfast when we checked out early. The balcony provided beautiful views of the sea. The owners were polite and gave helpful information about nearby places and beaches. The apartment was well-equipped with a large living room and a well-equipped kitchen. The owners created a family atmosphere and were helpful in all aspects of our stay.
