The team, led by Mei, provided exceptional service, including child-friendly amenities. the inclusive breakfast was delicious, and the pool area was a highlight. Mei even surprised us for my partner's birthday. Highly recommend for a special getaway in Mykonos!

the breathtaking villa we stayed in boasted a private pool and three terraces where we could enjoy the panoramic sea view of the Aegean. the quality of service was impeccable, with the concierge going above and beyond to make our stay special. the staff, including Mei, made us feel right at home and ensured we had a memorable experience. the location was ideal, close to everything, and the modern rooms and perfect pool added to the overall luxury feel of the hotel. I will definitely be returning to enjoy this exceptional hotel again.

During our 10-night stay, we loved the excellent location of the hotel. It was within a short walking distance to both the beautiful beaches and the bustling city center. The accommodation was luxurious and comfortable, with a private pool that added to the relaxation. The staff was incredibly helpful and accommodating, catering to all of our requests and needs. Plus, the breakfast was complete and delicious, providing a great start to our days.

One small downside was the unreliable WiFi, which didn't work properly during our stay.

The decor was lovely and the location was great. We enjoyed the beautiful view and the cozy hot tub provided a nice refreshment. the hosts were super nice and helpful, they went above and beyond to recommend and book nice restaurants for us.

The facilities were a little underwhelming. Some of the finer details were not attended to and several things were unfinished, like the broken pool fence floating in the pool.

We had an amazing stay at this place! The location here is perfect, as it is so close to everything - the beaches and the city. We also loved the fact that they offer a wide range of services such as room service, car hire, dry cleaning, laundry, and even grocery shopping service! The staff here is incredible. The welcome drink upon arrival was a nice touch, and the tours/ticket assistance provided by the hotel was very helpful. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with great amenities like air conditioning, a mini-bar, and a sitting area. The outdoor swimming pool and sun terrace were also a great place to relax and soak up the sun.
