I had the most amazing time staying at this hotel by the harbor. The location was perfect, with stunning views of the Venetian port and the surrounding buildings. The room was comfortable and had all the necessary facilities. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making my stay even more enjoyable. And the best part? Being so close to all the fabulous beaches around Chania - it was paradise!

That the building itself, being centuries old, could use a bit of attention. But for me, the quaint and quirky character of the place only added to its charm.

As business guests, we were impressed with the attentive and helpful service provided by Natalia. Despite our initial request for a sea view room with a balcony being unavailable, we were pleasantly surprised when a sea view room became available halfway through our stay and we were upgraded free of charge. The gesture was thoughtful and made our stay even more enjoyable. Dmitrios and Natalia were excellent hosts, always available to answer our questions and even provided free airport pickup and drop-off. They even offered us a free night's stay due to our early morning flight. The location of the hotel in the heart of the Old Town was perfect, and the view of the harbor and lighthouse from our room was absolutely amazing. We loved the character and charm of the hotel, making it a truly special experience.

Our stay at Villa Venezia was fantastic! Dimitris, the manager, went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. He even offered to drive us to our next hotel and helped us find it. The room had all the essentials, including great air conditioning and a refrigerator. The location right on the harbor was perfect, with plenty of taverns and shops nearby. Plus, the historic attractions were just a short walk away. We definitely recommend getting a room with a port view for an amazing sunrise. And the Wi-Fi was excellent too!

The location of this hotel is perfect for party people, as it is right on the harbour in the heart of the old town. You can easily explore the vibrant nightlife scene and have quick access to all the fabulous beaches around. The rooms are spacious and clean, with some offering a nice balcony facing the harbour. The staff provides excellent service and the WiFi is reliable.

For anyone with mobility issues, please note that the hotel is located in a no-car zone by the water's edge, so you may need to walk quite a distance from where the taxi drops you off with your luggage.

We had a great stay at Villa Venezia for our autumn holiday. The location was perfect, with a lovely balcony providing a stunning view of the old harbour. Natasha at reception was exceptional and very helpful. The building itself was quirky and charming, with beautiful doors and windows. The daily cleaning service was a nice bonus, and the air conditioning worked perfectly.

We had a pleasant stay at a quirky hotel with a fantastic location. The room was small, but the view was breathtaking. The shower curtain was great for catching water, though the tub was a bit high for those with restricted movement. The receptionist was very pleasant and knowledgeable. There were plenty of restaurants and cafes nearby and the cleaner came in every day. a good value for the price.

The location of this hotel is fantastic. It is right on the harbour in the heart of the Old Town. From here, I could easily explore the historic attractions within a short 5-10 minute walk. Additionally, it was very convenient to get to the fabulous beaches around this city from the nearby bus station, which was just a maximum 10-minute walk away. The view from my room was breathtaking, with the harbour and lighthouse right in front of me. Waking up to that view every morning was priceless. The staff, especially Natasha at reception, were exceptionally friendly and helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable. Plus, the hotel had great Wi-Fi, which was a huge bonus.

There was nothing I didn't like.
