Villa Zacharo provided exceptional value for money and our room was very clean with a nice balcony and a great view of the monastery. The location was ideal, within walking distance to the port, bus station, and taxis. The owner, Jacob, went above and beyond to make our stay memorable, treating us like family and sharing local history and recommendations.

The only improvement for breakfast offerings would be to have more diverse options.

The hotel has a great location, being close to the harbour and right next to the island's biggest supermarket. This makes it very convenient for guests to access the ferry dock and buy any necessities they may need. The rooms are spacious and well-maintained, with a properly working air conditioning system and a fridge. The bathroom is nice and towels are provided. The owners of the hotel are incredibly helpful and friendly, always ready to assist with any needs or queries. The hotel also offers a good Wi-Fi connection and the breakfast is enjoyable, with homemade cake as an extra treat.

One small downside is that the hotel is located close to a busy street, resulting in some noise from traffic. However, this issue can easily be resolved by closing the doors and using the air conditioning during the night, ensuring a peaceful sleep.

Great value for money with individually controlled air conditioning and everything in working order. The location is convenient, close to the ferry dock and attractions like the Cave of the Apocalypse and Monastery. The staff, especially Jacob, were friendly, helpful, and made us feel at home.

We had an amazing stay at a hotel in the heart of the Patmos port. The owner went above and beyond to make our experience unforgettable. From picking us up at the port to offering to return our luggage for our departure, he truly made us feel special. The hotel had everything we needed, including individually controlled air conditioning and a working fridge. We also appreciated the reliable WiFi and the convenience of having a supermarket and restaurants nearby. The owners were always available to assist with anything we needed, including calling a taxi for us. Villa Zacharo exceeded our expectations and provided fantastic value for money. It's the perfect choice for a short stay in Patmos.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Villa Zacharo is in a great location, close to the port and within walking distance to restaurants, supermarkets, and car rental services. The host was very warm and hospitable, picking me up from the port at 3:15 am and even giving me a ride back for my ferry departure. The room was comfortable and had all the necessary amenities, including a fridge and air conditioning. The breakfast offered was simple but delicious, especially the fresh fruit. I also appreciated the late check-out they provided. the kindness and hospitality of the host made my stay memorable.
