We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was amazing, right on the shore of the fjord with breathtaking views of the icebergs. The hotel facilities were excellent, and the staff were friendly and helpful, always willing to answer our questions. The breakfast was delicious, and we found the room to be spacious, clean, and comfortable. Additionally, the hotel's proximity to hiking trails to the icefjord made it easy for us to explore and enjoy the natural beauty of the area.

I was pleasantly surprised by my stay at the hotel located right on the beautiful shore of the fjord, with icebergs floating past my window every day. The hotel provided a shuttle service from the airport, making transportation hassle-free. The breakfast buffet had a good variety of options and the view from the breakfast area was breathtaking. The layout of my room was well thought out, with a small hallway for storing jackets and boots, ensuring a peaceful sleep without any disturbance from the hallway. The heating system was efficient, allowing me to easily warm up after a cold day of hiking. The beds were comfortable and cozy. I had a great experience and I would highly recommend this hotel for those looking to experience Ilulissat.

The hotel's location is ideal, just a short 10-15 minute walk from the center of town. The rooms offer a breathtaking view of the fjord and icebergs, and the balcony adds an extra touch. The staff are friendly and helpful, and the restaurant serves delicious Greenlandic food. The in-house bar is also a great place to unwind and enjoy a microbrew. The possibility of seeing the Northern Lights is a major bonus, and we were lucky enough to see them three out of the five nights we were there.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Ilulissat for a few days and had the most amazing experience. Despite being sick in bed, I was able to enjoy stunning views of icebergs right from my window. The hotel is conveniently located on the shore of the fjord, making it the perfect spot to witness this natural beauty. The staff went above and beyond to cater to my needs, even picking me up from another hotel. The breakfast spread was delicious, offering both hot and cold options. The room layout was well-designed, ensuring a comfortable and peaceful stay. The efficient heating system was a welcome relief after cold hiking trips. The beds were incredibly comfy, providing a cozy and warm night's sleep.

The view from our room was absolutely breathtaking, with stunning panoramic views of the bay and icebergs. the hotel's location near a UNESCO World Heritage site added to its charm and appeal. Additionally, we were impressed by the excellent food served at the restaurant, with a wide variety of options and delicious Greenlandic dishes on offer.

The service at the front desk left a lot to be desired. the staff seemed inexperienced and lacked knowledge about the hotel and the surrounding area.

The hotel was ideally located and had stunning views of the ocean. the staff were very friendly and accommodating and the complimentary airport transfer was a great addition. the in-house restaurant was fantastic, with a variety of new and interesting dishes to try. the breakfast had a great selection and we loved sitting by the window and enjoying the view.

The service at the restaurant could be hit or miss. While some staff members were friendly and attentive, others seemed disinterested and even rude at times.

As bike riders, we loved the proximity of Hotel Icefiord to the town center, making it convenient for us to explore the area. The breathtaking view of the icebergs from our room and the outdoor patio was absolutely incredible. The spacious and clean rooms with comfortable beds provided a great place to relax after a long day of biking. The hotel staff at the reception desk were friendly and helpful, giving us the option to choose a room with the view we preferred. Additionally, having an airport shuttle service was a big plus for us.

Although the hotel had a few minor drawbacks, such as occasional internet disconnections and lack of elevators, they were outweighed by the positive aspects of our stay. The breathtaking views, excellent service, and comfortable rooms made our visit to Icefiord truly marvelous.
