The hotel staff, especially Ms. Cathy at the Reception, were very gracious and allowed us to check in early. The room service was excellent, with the Filipinas and other ladies always keeping our room clean. The amenities in the room, including the microwave oven, were exactly what we needed. The water and AC worked efficiently. The location of the hotel was ideal, being very close to Tumon Bay and offering a stunning view from the veranda. Additionally, I was pleasantly surprised to discover that the hotel provided transportation for its guests, which was a big advantage considering the high costs of ordinary taxis in this city.
