I recently had a great stay at this hotel in Guatemala City. the location was fantastic, as it was close to both the airport and various restaurants in the area. This made it really easy for me to explore and enjoy the local cuisine. Secondly, the hotel provided excellent service with attentive staff who took care of my needs. The basic amenities in the rooms, including an outdoor table, were also a nice touch. Lastly, the breakfast offered by the hotel was delicious and provided a good start to my day of exploring.

All was well during my stay.

Spending Christmas at this hotel was a great decision. the size of the rooms was impressive, and they were impeccably clean. the gym and pool were top-notch, with breathtaking views. the cherry on top was the superb terrace, decked out with greenery and trees, where we enjoyed a relaxed and comfortable holiday season. Another great perk of our stay was the restaurant downstairs, which had delicious food and exceptional service.

The lack of air conditioning was a real drawback, especially since we visited during the summer months. It was tough to sleep at night, and we had to keep the windows open, which let in some noise from outside.

The location of the hotel is excellent, with plenty of restaurants and shops in the surrounding area. It is also conveniently close to public transportation, making it easy to move around the city. Additionally, the hotel is situated near the airport, providing convenience for travelers.

The hotel lacks some minor conveniences like cooking oil or free coffee on the premises. Guests may need to go out to get these items, which can be a slight inconvenience.

The room at Apart-Hotel Terraesperanza was exceptionally clean and well cared for, making it feel like I was staying in a brand new place. The access to the pool and balcony were great amenities to enjoy during my stay. Despite the lack of A/C, the cool breeze from the partially open window helped maintain a comfortable temperature in the room.

Spacious rooms with full kitchen and laundry facilities. Comfortable beds and multiple TVs. Friendly staff and great location near a mall and transportation. Roof amenities, including gym and pool, were not utilized.

We loved our stay at this amazing hotel! The suites and single rooms were fantastic, and the service was incredibly prompt and attentive. The food delivery from the hotel restaurant and other places was fast and hassle-free. The pool and the breathtaking view from the terrace on the highest floor were absolutely stunning. We would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone!

We felt incredibly welcome during our stay, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. Nothing was too much trouble for them.
