I had a fantastic stay at a charming little hotel in a prime location. The owner, Rafael, went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and attended to my every need. The hotel is just steps away from the central square, the Arch, and great restaurants and shopping. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the food was delicious. One morning, I had to leave early for work and Anna, the staff member, kindly prepared breakfast for me earlier so I could start my day. The hotel felt safe and secure, and I loved the warm and helpful staff. I highly recommend Casa Del Arco!

This hotel is right in the center of the city, making it incredibly convenient for exploring all that this charming destination has to offer. The staff were friendly and attentive, ensuring that we felt comfortable and well taken care of throughout our stay. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, with comfortable beds that provided a good night's sleep. We particularly enjoyed having a balcony to enjoy the spectacular view while sipping on our morning coffee. The breakfast selection was delicious, with a variety of options to suit everyone's taste.

The hotel is located right in the center, close to everything. It's just a short walk from the Central park and the famous Arch of Catalina, making it convenient for exploring the town. The rooms are tastefully decorated with Guatemalan textiles and clean. One of the rooms even has a small balcony with a view of the nearby mountain. Additionally, the breakfast cooked by the friendly staff is a highlight, with options to choose from and fresh squeezed orange juice.

The staff, apart from the owners, may not be prepared enough to handle problems.

Perfect location, great breakfast, and friendly service. the hotel is situated in a prime spot, close to all the main attractions and with lots of people around, so I always felt safe. the breakfast was delicious and cooked to order, with fresh fruit and coffee that really hit the spot. But what really stood out to me was how friendly and helpful the staff were – they gave me lots of recommendations for things to do and places to eat, and always had a smile on their faces.

I had a fantastic weekend at this hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay in the heart of the city.
