Casa Ramona provided great value for the money. The room was fantastic - spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated. The location was perfect, just a short walk from where the shuttles drop off.

As for breakfast choices, it would have been nice to have more options to choose from rather than just the "chapin" breakfast on the menu.

Situated in a quiet area near the heart of Flores, this hotel offers a convenient location for exploring the island. The rooms are spacious, featuring comfortable beds and well-appointed bathrooms. The staff goes above and beyond, providing excellent service throughout your stay. The included breakfast is delicious, and the cafe/restaurant on the premises serves some of the best coffee and meals on the island. the common area on the third floor provides a charming space to unwind, with yoga classes available upon request.

Some guests have mentioned issues with the wifi signal, particularly when further away from the router.

I had a fantastic stay at a charming hotel in Flores. The decor was impressive, and the cafe/restaurant downstairs served delicious breakfast and coffee. The rooms were spacious and well-equipped with a good-sized bathroom and a comfortable bed. The staff were incredibly accommodating and friendly, going above and beyond to ensure a great stay. The hotel also helped me book tours and even arranged a taxi to the airport. The overall hospitality was top-notch, making my last stop in Guatemala memorable. A+ in every aspect!

We had a wonderful stay at Casa Ramona. The hotel had a lovely, modern decor that we really enjoyed. The cafe downstairs served delicious breakfast and coffee. The rooms were spacious and clean, with a good-sized bathroom and efficient AC. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and were extremely helpful with recommendations and arranging tours. The WiFi worked well for the most part, although it could be a bit spotty at times. we had a great experience and would definitely recommend this hotel to others.
