I wish I had caught her name, as she made my stay even more enjoyable. the hotel also offered late check out at a reasonable rate, and the front desk staff were welcoming and helpful. Everything I needed was within walking distance, making it convenient for exploring the area.

I had a pleasant stay at a hotel in Antigua. The rooms were nice and clean, and the atrium was beautiful. I particularly enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere in the atrium. One specific situation that happened was that the price I booked through the reservation stated that it included all taxes. However, when I arrived at the front desk, they informed me that the price did not include all taxes. Despite showing them my reservation, they insisted on the additional taxes. It was a bit frustrating but overall, it didn't overshadow my experience at the hotel. Overall I would recommend this hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Christmas at this hotel was a mixed experience. the positive aspects were the breathtaking views of the nearby volcanoes from the rooftop and the good breakfast provided by the hotel. Additionally, the location was convenient, being within walking distance of the main attractions and away from the noisy traffic.

The negative aspects were hard to ignore. the noise from construction work during our stay was a major inconvenience, and the lack of soundproofing in the rooms made it difficult to get a good night's sleep.
