The hotel was in a good location, very close to the central park. The staff was helpful and friendly, and they spoke mainly Spanish. My luggage was safely kept while I went to climb a volcano. The hotel was charming with a big comfortable bed, hot water, and it was very clean. The hotel also arranged transportation for us and even did a small bag of laundry free of charge. the hotel had great facilities and provided a delicious breakfast.
