It was a truly educational and enjoyable outing, providing a comprehensive look into the coffee making process. The tour included a guided exploration of the plantation, showcasing how coffee is planted, cultivated, harvested, processed. At the end of the tour, there were fresh samples and opportunities to purchase coffee. It was a fun and enlightening experience that left me with a greater appreciation for coffee. I highly recommend this hotel for their exceptional coffee plantation tour.

You won't need taxis in the downtown area since the hotel provides a convenient shuttle service. The spacious rooms are beautifully decorated and equipped with comfortable beds, ensuring a good night's sleep. The breakfast, included in the room rate, offers delicious options that will leave you feeling satisfied. Additionally, the hotel's picturesque grounds and pool make for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

The gym is limited, with broken machines and missing attachments.

The pool right in front of our room was a great addition, and we enjoyed spending time outside. The staff was really helpful, and we especially enjoyed the Arte Latte tour. The food at the hotel was amazing, with the risotto with octopus being a highlight. Additionally, the bed was super comfortable and we received a delicious citrus beverage upon arrival. The location on Cerro de la Cruz provided a haven outside of Antigua, with beautiful views. All in all, a great experience.

The guided tour of the coffee plantation was very informative and offered a great insight into the entire process from planting to selling. Loved the opportunity to sample fresh coffee and make purchases at the end. the resort's beautiful grounds and facilities were a bonus, and we especially enjoyed the pool and on-site activities like horseback riding. the location was convenient, just a short cab ride away from Antigua. a perfect getaway!

We were blown away by the luxurious amenities provided at this hotel. the exclusive room advantages are unbeatable , from the comfortable and spacious bed to the private facilities. the Restaurant did an excellent job, delivering mouth, watering dishes that satisfied our every craving. the Bar/ Lounge area was the perfect place to unwind after a day of exploring the beautiful surroundings. the service was top, notch, with staff anticipating our every need.

The only negative that we experienced was the location. It was a bit inconvenient to get to, requiring a bit of travel time.
