The room was absolutely huge and well equipped with everything we needed. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the hotel facilities were great, especially the fantastic roof terrace. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, providing personalized and responsive service. The location was perfect, very close to the lake where we could hire boats and surrounded by good restaurants.

As bike riders, we loved the spacious apartment with self-catering facilities and the helpful staff who provided us with cooking ingredients. It was great to have a washing machine and dryer to take care of our laundry. The living area had fantastic air conditioning and a wide selection of TV channels. The comfortable, king-size bed made for a restful sleep. The exceptional breakfast each morning was a delicious start to our day. a fantastic hotel.

The tech and other solutions were impressive, and the wetroom was a nice touch. The location was central and convenient, and the airport shuttle was free and punctual. I especially enjoyed the rooftop terrace, which was a lovely place to sit and relax. I highly recommend this hotel for a luxurious and enjoyable stay.

This apartment was fabulous! One of the nicest places we have stayed on our travels. We had use of great facilities including an equipped kitchen as well as a washing machine and dryer. The bed was extremely comfortable and the living room excellent. Breakfast on the terrace overlooking lake Peten topped off our beautiful stay. A must stay if you want to spoil yourself a little in Guatemala. Thank you Boutique hotel, we loved it here!

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff provided the best and most personalized service we have ever experienced. They were incredibly helpful, responsive, friendly, and professional. The manager, Christian, went above and beyond to arrange a private cooking lesson for my husband's birthday with the talented personal chef, Julie. The room was immaculate and very comfortable, with locally made cacao soap. The hotel facilities were great, including high-speed internet and a washer and dryer. We loved relaxing in the hammocks on the top terrace, which offered a beautiful view of the lake. The hotel's location on Flores island, surrounded by the lake, was very convenient for securing private transport and hiring boats for exploring the area.
