We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel. The design of the room was minimalistic and uncluttered, creating a nice and relaxing space for us. The gardens and common area were beautiful, providing a peaceful oasis in the heart of the city. The hotel's location was perfect, situated away from the main streets but still close enough to easily access all the charming sites in this city. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, going above and beyond to ensure we had a great stay.

We had a great stay at this hotel. The location is charming, just a 10-minute walk to the main square, and it is situated around a garden patio which creates a great common area. The staff were very welcoming and helpful, always willing to assist us with anything we needed. The service was top-notch, and they even helped us book our transfers and provided extra chargers when we needed them.

During my Christmas stay, I was impressed by the modern and stylish design of the hotel. the open spaces and contemporary decor created a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere. the staff went above and beyond to assist me, especially when my luggage was delayed. They helped me contact the airline and airport multiple times until my belongings finally arrived. Additionally, they were instrumental in organizing a shuttle and a tour to the volcano, making my trip hassle-free. I also appreciated the cleanliness of the rooms and the attention to detail in the beautiful decorations. the comfortable mattresses and sheets ensured a good night's sleep.

The hotel had a clean, comfy and modern atmosphere, and the staff was helpful and friendly. The location was great, within walking distance to restaurants, shops, and churches. The food at the hotel was also delicious, and I loved the lovely smell of the soap. a fantastic stay!

The hotel had a unique design that we found really interesting. the interior of the restaurant was particularly beautiful, with terracotta lamps creating a cozy ambiance. Another positive aspect was the helpful and friendly staff. We were assisted by Karla and Nati, who went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable.

There were a few negative aspects to our experience. the rooms were not well insulated, so we could hear our neighbors quite clearly.
