I had a fantastic weekend at this hotel! The staff was super friendly and spoke English fluently. The room was quiet and comfortable, and I loved how easily I could control the air conditioning. The hotel also had a great on-site restaurant with reasonably priced food and drinks. Plus, they had a fully equipped fitness center, which was perfect for my workout routine.

There were a couple of things that could have been better. the breakfast wasn't included in the room rate, although it did look delicious for those who wanted to pay for it.

The hot water in the bathroom was excellent. The hotel is located in a safe area, and I felt comfortable walking around, even as a single woman. The nearby touristy section across the street offered plenty of options for shopping, dining, and entertainment. I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent service and convenient location.

Enjoyed my Christmas at this hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable, perfect for a relaxing stay. The staff was friendly and always willing to help. The location was great, close to the airport and within walking distance of good restaurants. The on-call airport shuttle service was a convenient perk.

One downside was the small size of the rooms. They felt cramped, especially for the price paid.

I recently stayed at Hilton Garden Inn for a quick trip to Guatemala. The hotel was conveniently located, just a 5-minute walk to Plaza España and a short 10-minute drive to the airport, where they provided a shuttle service. The facilities were new and very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They were friendly and extremely helpful. When I wanted to enjoy my own wine and cheese in the room, they quickly brought me a cooler and plates. The cleaning staff kept everything spotless and the repairman promptly fixed a minor issue with the shower. I also enjoyed a delicious lunch through their room service. The buffet breakfast was excellent, with a great selection and professional staff. a wonderful experience.

The beds were incredibly comfy, and the rooms were clean and well-stocked with towels and soaps. The included breakfast was amazing, and the staff were incredibly friendly. The free shuttle to the airport was a huge plus, and being right next to the airport made our travels so convenient. Definitely the best place to stay if you're in Guatemala!

Excellent hotel

I recently stayed at a hotel in Guatemala City and had a truly excellent experience. Upon arrival, I was immediately impressed by the accommodating staff who made me feel welcomed and comfortable. As someone with limited Spanish-speaking abilities, I greatly appreciated that the staff were bilingual and able to assist me effectively.
